These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the kigame platform. By registering an account or placing a wager on kigame, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause set out below. Please read them carefully before playing.
Six things every kigame player should know before reading the full document
kigame strictly permits one account per individual, per household, and per device. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension and forfeiture of balances without exception.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register, deposit, wager, or withdraw on kigame. Age is verified via CNIC during the KYC process. Underage accounts are immediately closed and funds returned subject to verification.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:
You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register an account on kigame, make any deposit, place any wager, or claim any bonus or promotion. kigame enforces this requirement strictly and will require documentary proof of age during the KYC verification process. If kigame becomes aware at any point that an account holder is under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals placed on hold, and the matter reviewed in accordance with kigame's underage gambling policy.
21+ ONLY. Gambling is for adults. If you are under 21 years of age, you are strictly prohibited from accessing, registering on, or using the kigame platform in any capacity.
By registering on kigame, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 21 years of age; (b) you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law; (c) you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person; (d) you have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the kigame platform; and (e) you are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of kigame or any of its affiliated entities.
Each individual person may hold only one registered kigame account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. kigame employs technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with that individual will be suspended, bonus winnings will be voided, and any real money balance will be reviewed before a decision on return of funds is made.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your true full name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number registered in your own name, and a valid email address. Any intentional provision of false registration information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kigame account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes received via JazzCash or EasyPaisa. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. kigame will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
All kigame accounts are subject to KYC verification prior to first withdrawal. The KYC process requires submission of a clear copy of your Pakistani CNIC (both sides) and a recent selfie photograph. kigame may request additional documentation, including proof of address or proof of payment method, in certain circumstances. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have their withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is completed.
An account that has not recorded any login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager activity for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. kigame will notify the account holder via their registered mobile number and email address before the dormancy status is applied. A monthly dormancy administration fee may be deducted from the account balance as specified in kigame's current fee schedule. Players may reactivate dormant accounts by contacting kigame support.
kigame supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and selected Pakistani bank transfers including HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The minimum deposit on kigame is PKR 200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified on the cashier page within the kigame platform and are subject to change. kigame does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the funding source must be registered in the same name as the kigame account holder.
Withdrawal requests on kigame are processed subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) confirmation that the relevant wagering requirements on any associated bonus funds have been met; and (c) satisfactory completion of any fraud or AML checks required by kigame's compliance framework. All balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers on kigame for Pakistani account holders are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). kigame does not apply mid-session currency conversions. The PKR amount you see in your account balance is the PKR amount you will receive upon withdrawal, subject only to any applicable bonus wagering requirements or outstanding balance conditions.
kigame processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit as a default anti-fraud measure. If a different withdrawal method is required, contact kigame support before submitting a withdrawal request.
All bonuses offered by kigame — including but not limited to welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards — are subject to bonus-specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between those specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms will take precedence for that promotion.
Bonus funds credited to a kigame account carry wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") that must be satisfied before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be stated on each promotion's specific terms page. Bets placed on games that are excluded from wagering requirement contribution will not count towards meeting the playthrough target.
Bonus abuse, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using structured or low-risk betting patterns designed to extract bonus value without genuine gambling intent, and colluding with other players to exploit bonus mechanics, is strictly prohibited. kigame reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and terminate accounts where bonus abuse is detected, without prior notice.
Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion-specific terms. Upon expiry, any unused bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement will be forfeited automatically. Real-money funds in the account will not be affected by bonus expiry.
kigame reserves the right to decline, limit, or cancel any wager at its absolute discretion, including in cases where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed, where market suspension has been triggered by a live event update, or where the bet exceeds the applicable stake limit for the relevant market or game. A bet is accepted only when kigame has issued a confirmed bet reference to the Player.
Where a bet is accepted at clearly erroneous odds due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure, kigame reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the Player's account. "Clearly erroneous odds" means odds that deviate materially from the market price available on comparable platforms at the time the bet was accepted.
kigame's cricket betting markets, including PSL, Pakistan international fixtures, T20 World Cup, and ODI series, are governed by the sport-specific rules published on the sports betting rules page within the platform. In-play bets are settled based on the state of the match at the time the bet is confirmed. kigame is not responsible for bets placed after the event or market has closed where a display delay has misled the Player.
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the kigame platform:
Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, voiding of all pending bets and bonuses, withholding of withdrawals pending investigation, and referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities where criminal activity is suspected.
All content on the kigame platform — including but not limited to the kigame brand name and logo, website design, game graphics, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of kigame or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the kigame platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any kigame content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kigame shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (b) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform; (c) any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the platform due to technical fault, maintenance, or events outside kigame's reasonable control; or (d) any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
kigame's aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to kigame in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits kigame's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
kigame collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference and is available at kigame.vip/privacy-policy. By registering on kigame, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy. kigame collects data including your CNIC details, registered mobile number, email address, deposit and withdrawal records, betting history, and device/IP information for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, AML obligations, and improvement of platform services.
kigame will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed KYC verification service providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities as required under kigame's operating license obligations.

kigame reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) kigame is required to do so by a regulatory authority or law enforcement body; (c) the account holder has provided false registration information; (d) kigame suspects fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; or (e) the account holder has been identified as an underage user.
Upon termination for cause, kigame may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established following review, real-money funds will be returned to the account holder via the last verified payment method. Bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited where a breach is confirmed.
Players may close their own accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting kigame support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the account holder's verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kigame holds its operating gaming license. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the kigame platform shall first be referred to kigame's internal dispute resolution process, which you may initiate by submitting a complaint to kigame support via live chat or email at [email protected].
kigame will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days. If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of kigame's internal review, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by kigame's licensing authority, as detailed in the licensing information section of the platform.
kigame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their kigame account, with a minimum notice period of 7 calendar days before the updated Terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory mandate.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document indicates when the currently published version came into force. Continued use of the kigame platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
